Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate fluently in Arabic and English via phone, email, and chat to assist customers.
  2. Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns efficiently.
  3. Represent the voice of Arabic-speaking customers to suggest improvements in services or products.
  4. Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  5. Collect and analyze feedback from Arabic-speaking customers to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
  3. Analytical mindset to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  4. 2+ years in customer service or similar roles.
  5. Minimum bachelors degree required.
