About the role

At the core of our business is a commitment to build a customer-centric culture therefore we are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Customer Experience team.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will build strong relationships with customers, work across different departments to ensure seamless customer experience and most importantly craft customer success strategies.

So, if you are good at relationship management and a passionate advocate for customer centricity , we would love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include

  • To handle customer chats, approximately 80-100 conversations a day.

  • To handle calls for payments

  • To make calls for resolution of customer issues

  • Become the advocate for the customer in the company to ensure their queries are resolved in timely manner

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

  • 1- 2 years work experience in a similar role

  • Effective written/verbal communication skills in Urdu and English

  • Empathetic and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer profiles

  • Prior experience in customer-facing areas

  • Spend a few hours over the weekend to deal with customer queries
