About The Role

Video Editing & Production:
- Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and performance marketing campaigns.
- Make use of storytelling techniques, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance video quality and engagement.
- Test variations of videos (e.g., different hooks, CTAs, and formats) to maximize campaign performance and engagement.
- Repurpose existing content to create platform-specific videos optimized for performance and audience preferences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver video content that meets campaign objectives and deadlines
Creative Ideation:
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for ad creatives and organic social content.
- Stay updated on trends in social media and digital marketing to inform creative direction.
- Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and maintain a high-quality standard. Adapt edits based on feedback and rapidly iterate on concepts to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing and animation for organic social media content and/or performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video specifications.
- Creativity and storytelling skills with a focus on engaging audiences within the first 3 seconds of a video.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
