Your responsibilities will include
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing relevant information.
Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
Follow standard processes and procedures when it comes to providing the solution.
Provide Customer service at every interaction, ensuring end-to-end resolution by taking complete ownership of the customer in every transaction.
Overcome objections and handle customer pushback while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
What are we looking for:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service, sales, or related field
Understanding of logistics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Be able to work independently or as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
