We seek a Customer Success Assistant to be our frontline ambassador. Our ideal candidate will engage with customers, address inquiries, provide information, and ensure a great customer experience. Your responsibilities will include

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing relevant information.
  

• Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
  

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  

• Follow standard processes and procedures when it comes to providing the solution.
  

• Provide Customer service at every interaction, ensuring end-to-end resolution by taking complete ownership of the customer in every transaction.
  

• Overcome objections and handle customer pushback while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  

• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
  

What are we looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Experience in customer service, sales, or related field
  

• Understanding of logistics
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  

• Be able to work independently or as part of a team
  

• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
