The Marketplace and Performance Analytics team at Truck It In is dedicated to creating and monitoring a holistic view of Truck It In's businesses and services. Collaborating with the key stakeholders, you will leverage modern analysis and visualization tools to address the day-to-day challenges in the trucking industry.

As a Marketplace and Performance Analytics team member, you will work closely with various stakeholders, powering informed decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to extract valuable insights and trends and provide recommendations to support organizational decision-making.
  

• Present findings and insights through clear and compelling visualizations.
  

• Build and deploy machine learning models to optimize business processes and enhance predictive capabilities.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data science opportunities in various departments.
  

• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security through developing and enforcing data governance policies.
  

• Implement best practices for data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting.
  

• Stay abreast of the latest data science and technology advancements, recommending and implementing tools that enhance our capabilities.
  

• Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders.
  

What we are looking for

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or any relevant field.
  

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, MS Office, and Google Suite.
  

• Good communication skills and ability to tell stories through data.
  

• Problem-solving mindset.
  

• Masters in any relevant field and/or up to 1 year of relevant work experience in a professional environment is a plus.
