Job Description

Truck It In is solving inefficiencies for the $25B+ road freight market in Pakistan via an Uber-for-freight model. Backed by the leading global and regional VCs and strategic supply chain partners, we have raised $17.5M to digitize trucking and logistics for 1M+ freight operators in Pakistan and beyond.

We are looking for an Executive Operations in our Fulfillment vertical. You will be joining in a lively and productive workplace where we work together to help other businesses run better.

What You Will Do:

  • Build relationships with different stakeholders in the freight market.

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services.

  • Manage and develop relationships with drivers & transporters to increase overall customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve any arising complaints and problems.

  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess dispatches, city dispatch performance and implement ideas for continuous improvement in the dispatches.

  • Liaison with shipper, internal and external stakeholders regarding dispatches and execute planning functions.

  • Manage disbursement of transporter payments by close coordination with the finance department.

  • Strong interpersonal, MS Office, communication and presentation skills.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC approved institute.

  • A 2-3 years of experience in a logistics/transport company.

  • A can-do attitude.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills.
