What You Will Do:
Identify and source potential carrier partners to expand our network.
Coordinate the onboarding process by collecting and verifying required documents.
Maintain accurate records of carrier agreements and documentation.
Provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.
Address and resolve the issues quickly and efficiently.
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless integration.
What We Are Looking For:
A strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
A college degree is a plus.
