We are in search of a Load Planner who will coordinate and optimize the transportation of goods by creating efficient load plans and schedules. The role focuses on maximizing capacity, minimizing costs, and ensuring on-time delivery.

What You Will Do

• Analyze shipment data and customer orders to create optimal load plans.
  

• Determine efficient routes, modes, and load configurations.
  

• Coordinate with logistics teams, carriers, and warehouse staff.
  

• Prepare load documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  

• Track shipments and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  

• Monitor transportation costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  

• Utilize TMS and routing software for planning and optimization.
  

What We Are Looking For

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.
  

• Experience in load planning or transportation operations.
  

• Proficiency with TMS and routing software.
  

• Proficiency in English Language, verbal and written.
  

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
