Job Description
As a Sales Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the line in generating net new revenue for the company. We are looking for candidates who are competitive, driven and have a passion for sales.
What You Will Do:
“Getting the sale” using various customer sales methods (Visiting Clients, cold calling, presentations etc.)
Forecasting sales, developing out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness
Evaluating customers’ skills, needs, and building productive long-lasting relationships
Meeting personal and team sales targets
Researching accounts and generating or following through with sales leads
Attending meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
Reporting and providing feedback to management using statistical data
Efficiently use HubSpot CRM to manage your sales pipeline, log activities, and provide accurate forecasts.
Continuously improve your sales techniques by seeking feedback and applying best practices.
What We Are Looking For:
An experience of up to 2 years in B2B sales, preferably within the Logistics industry.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, to build quick rapport and connect with prospects.
Highly proactive and results-driven.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and lead sales conversations.
Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar tools.
