Job Description
We’re looking for driven individuals ready to make an impact and take freight forward.
What You Will Do:
- Lead a team of Dispatchers and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive strong performance and individual growth through coaching and regular feedback.
- Oversee hiring and onboarding of SDRs, identifying staffing needs and working with relevant stakeholders to attract and select the right talent.
- Foster a positive and accountable culture built on collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and address shared priorities effectively.
- Identify areas for improvement, prioritize key initiatives, and ensure their effective implementation to enhance team efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, people-management, and leadership skills.
- A coachable mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
