About the Role
Are you a visionary designer with a passion for crafting stunning visuals for app products that captivate audiences? Oraan is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of experience to bring our brand to life across digital, print, and experiential platforms. If you thrive on turning complex ideas into compelling visuals and have a knack for designing impactful creatives for the full customer journey, we want you on our team!
- Conceptualise and Implement: Lead in conceptualising and translating complex ideas into compelling visual designs across a diverse range of media, including digital banners, motion ads, out-of-home (OOH) placements like billboards and print, social media, web, broadcast, and experiential.
- Brand Development: Work closely with the team to ensure cohesive and consistent brand representation across all touchpoints on and off digital, while also pushing creative boundaries to evolve the brand identity.
- Full-Funnel Design Expertise: Create immersive creatives for each stage of the customer journey in collaboration with the Marketing team, with an understanding of the requirements for top-of-funnel brand awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion assets.
- Digital Asset Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper creation, organization, and optimization of digital assets, maintaining brand integrity across all channels and platforms.
- Campaign Execution: Manage and execute designs from start to finish, ensuring that final outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards for high-profile campaigns.
- Cross-Platform Adaptation: Tailor designs for various platforms, ensuring they resonate effectively with the target audience across digital, print, and experiential spaces.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of branding agency experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple platforms and mediums.
- Expertise in digital and traditional media: Proven experience designing for apps, social media organic contents & ads, OOH assets, website and experiential graphics.
- Ability to generate stellar creative concepts and translate them into effective, visually captivating designs.
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
- Proficient in making use of AI for faster image generation using prompt engineering, enhancing assets, and creating adapts.
- Deep understanding of the full design funnel, including brand awareness, consideration, and conversion stages, with an ability to create assets tailored to each stage.
- Knowledge of digital asset management systems and best practices for asset organisation and maintenance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
